Most hazelnut exporters buy on the open market and blend whatever the season brings. We don't. Our hazelnuts come from our own orchards in the hills of Giresun.

Edora Hazelnuts was founded with one simple vision: to bring the exceptional quality of Giresun hazelnuts to the world.
Our roots are in Giresun, the region that gives the world's most aromatic hazelnut its name. Hazelnut cultivation has been part of life here for generations, and the trees on our land were planted with that same long horizon in mind.
We decide when to harvest, how to dry, and which lot goes into which shipment. That means the calibre, the moisture and the flavour profile you approve in the sample are the ones that arrive at your plant — not an approximation assembled from three different suppliers.
