Kernels roasted to the profile you approve in the sample, then repeated batch after batch. Because the crop comes from our own parcels, the starting material does not drift between shipments.

Skin removed for a smooth and clean appearance.

Kernels with the skin removed for a clean colour and a milder taste. Blanching is done on our own line, so the colour and the level of skin residue are set and checked in house.

Pure paste produced from our own roasted kernels. Roast level, texture and sugar content are set to your recipe, so the paste arrives ready for your production line rather than needing adjustment.

Ideal for bakery, confectionery and food industry.

Finely milled flour with controlled particle size and fat content, used in doughs, fillings, gluten-free baking and industrial confectionery. Milling runs on our own kernels, so aroma and particle size stay consistent from lot to lot.

Granulated and chopped hazelnuts in various sizes.

Chopped and granulated kernels screened to a defined size band, for toppings, inclusions, coatings and textured fillings. The pieces hold their structure through mixing and baking.
