New crop ships from October. Outside the harvest window, contracted volumes are released from storage, typically within one to two weeks of confirmation. Processed lines such as roasted, blanched and paste are produced to order and usually need two to three weeks.
Terms are agreed per contract. Letter of credit, cash against documents and advance payment are all common in our markets. First orders are normally handled on simpler terms until a working relationship is established.
Yes. Many buyers contract an annual volume and call it off in monthly or quarterly shipments. Because the crop is ours, we can hold your specification and release against the contract.
Yes, on CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP terms we book the freight ourselves. On EXW, FCA and FOB you or your forwarder take over at the agreed point.
Third-party inspection at loading is welcome and common. We also send pre-shipment samples from the actual lot on request.

It depends on the product line and the packaging you need. Tell us the specification and your target volume, and the minimum for that exact specification is confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Calibre, roast profile, texture, sugar content and packaging are set to your specification before production starts, so the goods arrive ready for your line instead of needing adjustment.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or CMR and certificate of origin as standard, together with certificate of analysis, aflatoxin analysis, health certificate and traceability records. EUR.1, phytosanitary certificate, halal certification and third-party inspection are arranged on request.
Trabzon, Samsun, İstanbul and Mersin, by container or by truck depending on the destination.
Moisture, aflatoxin, calibre and foreign matter are checked lot by lot, and the results travel with the shipment in the certificate of analysis.
Yes. Ask for them with your enquiry and samples of the exact specification being quoted are prepared so your quality team can approve it before production.
Normally within one business day. Send the product, calibre or roast level, packaging, quantity and destination port and the quotation is prepared against that.
The common kernel bands are 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm and 14-16 mm. We recommend stating the band in millimetres together with the grade class; those two lines are what make a specification unambiguous.
We specify 12 months in original packaging under cool, dry storage. Where the product will be held rather than used, we recommend vacuum packing; milled and roasted forms have more exposed surface and therefore a shorter practical shelf life.
Depending on the product line, 25 kg and 50 kg bags, vacuum packing and big bag. If you need retail or custom packaging, raise it at enquiry stage rather than after production, because labelling requirements belong to the destination market rather than the origin.
In the EU the maximum levels are set by Regulation (EU) 2023/915 and differ according to whether the product will be sorted or physically treated before consumption or is sold ready to eat. Tell us which category you are buying under and the certificate of analysis is issued against it.
Tombul is the variety most associated with the Giresun region. We recommend writing origin and variety as two separate lines in a specification: the province tells you about growing conditions, the variety about kernel shape, pellicle behaviour and blanching yield. The quotation states which variety is offered.
